The Plymouth Performing Art Center is originated form the mechanics of theater production. When one views a play, their attention is directed toward the current actor speaking despite the scene of activity going on all around the performer. This is brought into the built fabric of the Plymouth Performing Art Center through visual connections to adjacent spaces allowing unique combinations of focus for the patrons and students of the art center.
